01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the SpinSini platform — whether through the official website or mobile app — you expressly and irrevocably agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions stated in this document, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional guidelines published by SpinSini from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and spinsini ("Platform"). If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Spinsini reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 Member Eligibility

Spinsini reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts unable to verify age eligibility will be suspended until the verification process is complete. 03 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active spinsini account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and wins without prior notice.

Registration Details

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, phone number, and any other requested details. It is your responsibility to keep your account information updated whenever changes occur.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. SpinSini recommends using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless there is clear evidence of unauthorised access that has been promptly reported to SpinSini.

• Never share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Use a secure personal device and avoid logging in over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out of your account after each gaming session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity to SpinSini customer support immediately.

04 Deposit & Payment Methods

Spinsini supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and online bank transfers. All deposits are processed instantly and credited directly to your account balance.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.
• Maximum daily deposit: RM 50,000 (this limit may be adjusted based on your account level).
• No processing fees are charged for deposits made via supported local payment methods.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Currency

The spinsini platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, bets, and winnings are displayed in MYR. If you deposit in another currency, the current exchange rate applied by the payment provider will be used for conversion.

05 Withdrawal of Winnings

SpinSini members may withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions being met beforehand:

• The identity verification (KYC) process must be fully completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• All wagering requirements associated with bonuses received must have been met.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as or related to the deposit method used, for anti-money laundering purposes.

Withdrawal Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: RM 30,000 (may be increased for VIP members).
• Processing time: Most withdrawals are processed within 1–24 business hours. Withdrawals requiring additional review may take up to 3 business days.

• Any form of fraud, collusion, or attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform is a serious offence that may result in immediate account closure.
• Members are responsible for ensuring the legal validity of using SpinSini's services based on their jurisdiction.
• Using a VPN to bypass geographical restrictions violates these terms and may result in account suspension.
• Rude behaviour, threats, or abuse directed at customer support staff will not be tolerated.

Spinsini is not liable for losses incurred due to technical disruptions beyond the platform's control, such as the member's internet connection issues, device problems, or power outages. 08 Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their SpinSini account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

Spinsini reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have violated any terms in this document.

• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Self-Exclusion

Spinsini fully supports responsible gaming practices. Members who feel they need a break from betting activity may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1 month to 1 year) or a permanent one. 09 Platform Responsibilities & Liability Limits

Spinsini is not liable and will not provide compensation for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members, including but not limited to:

• Data loss not caused by the direct negligence of SpinSini.
• Any financial losses arising from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's negligence in safeguarding their login details.

In all circumstances, SpinSini's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the liability claim.

10 Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Spinsini reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

Continued use of the spinsini platform after any amendments are published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

Language

These Terms and Conditions are published in both Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail for legal interpretation purposes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions in this document.
